I had State Farm for over 50 years for auto insurance. This office for about 35 years. For the last several years I’ve noticed that the customer service has steadily declined. When speaking with them over the phone they show zero interest in their customers. Called today to cancel the policy on two vehicles, and was only asked if the vehicles had new coverage. Not why I would cancel after so many years. So between the lack of customer service and the 500% increase over the last several years I’m done.
I want to Personally thank Anthony Rivera for helping my dad get a great insurance rate. Highly recommended !
