Called to tow my car 10 miles and they tpwed to the wromg addresd. Didnt notify till next day. They gave me no paperwork amd wanted 200 dollars . Very worrirled about the legalities but instead called another local sevice in Ponca. Problem solved, dont use jay warner unless you want your car damaged or stolen.
