Many thanks to Kim Gallo, Dr Wang’s Office Manager, for going beyond the call of duty to support my impassioned request on behalf of my husband, when we weren’t even an established patient with Dr. Wang. Her kindness and understanding of my sense of urgency made a very emotional plea, a positive experience for us.
