It is the VA. So there is a process and steps to take, yet I've never been sitting there long and everyone is cordial and polite.
At 0851am on November 10th the operator who was there would only answer to immediately hungup i called several times to the same effect they would answer and then immediately hang up 0835 dec 12 2023 i call the nurses line to be put on gold then when they answer they just answered and stayed silent
