Inexperienced and not qualified to make financial decisions. Pls beware as he will mislead you and give you the run around after collecting commission. many other lenders and QUALIFIED brokers out there with much more experience who won’t over promise and under deliver. There are other options if you tried the traditional banks without success, try credit unions or other brokers. Pls beware. And try all other options.
Jay was extremely helpful and honest when it came to renewing my mortgage. He was able to get a far better rate than I could at any banks. Even with raising interest rates, he was even able to get it lowered at the last minute. I recommend Jay to anyone renewing or getting a new mortgage.

Jay went above and beyond to help us find a solution to make our situation work even with the short timeframe we had. He was available to answer any questions we had, and made the process simple. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
I contacted him the first week of december regarding mortgage refinancing etc. Signed consent and filled out application. 6 weeks later i had not heard back from him and reached out to Him. All i heard was a lot of lame excuses as to why there was no follow up. Needless to say i did not pursue further
