Most companies that want to work will give you a reminder text to let you know there on their way. Not Jay. Then he doesn't want to wait 10 minutes even though he quoted you a 6 to 8 hour job. I gave an extra star because I was the one who was 10 minutes late for a 6to8 hour job... You told me to call another company after I called you out. The appointment that was set was for "around" 9am and after I questioned the 6-8 hour job quote you told me to call another company. You didn't offer to reschedule after that I called you... read more
