The owner of Jay T. Harker Contracting Inc walked away with a $36,000+ deposit for a construction project on my property. He completed zero work and after leading me on for a while, told us he was shutting his business down. There are PLENTY of others who have had the same issue if not worse. Hopefully he will lose his license at a minimum, but if there’s an off chance that he is still signing contacts, please learn from our mistake and DO NOT sign with him. Look elsewhere.

DO NOT HIRE - Jay, the owner of Jay T. Harker Contracting Inc walked away with a $36,000+ deposit for a construction project on my property. Other people have had liens placed on their houses by unpaid sub contractors hired by Jay. Stop stealing people money and do the work give the money back horrible
This guy is a scam, not deserving of a license. Doesn’t pay his crews, doesn’t follow schedules and is not responsive.
