Excellent storage facility. The property is well kept, security is clearly a priority, and access is convenient. The staff has been great to work with and always willing to answer questions. It's hard to find a better combination of service, convenience, and value.

I was having an emergency and needed storage right away, I was stressed. These people were sooo nice, calmed me down and worked quickly to get me a unit. Mickey took me to the unit to make sure it was what I needed before signing anything. The place is in a nice neighborhood. The gate lady (forgot her name my bad) was super helpful and waited until I was in. Unit is clean with lots of space inside and plenty of space to get a moving van in to unload. I am so happy I found this Jay St. storage.

I had a really good experience with this self storage. Thank you very much. I got to fit in exactly what I wanted. Definitely will return even after this current renting

The units are very spacious. There was a mix up with a order for a unit and they honored what what was stated on the recording? And I really appreciate that

I wouldn’t trust this company. I won an auction off of them they then charged me and then canceled my auction claiming the owner paid their unit which is possible but I think it’s much more likely after 10+ days on the auction the moment it ended on a price they don’t like they pull it. This is bad faith and I wouldn’t trust my belongings or money with someone who practices bad faith business.
