Asked for 93% of the pay to do half the job and haven’t seen him since despite being given half a dozen concrete time frames. Did good work, expensive tho, and the communication is utterly pointless. unprofessional, would not recommend.

I recently had Jay Sea waterproof a basement wall from the outside and it was worth every penny. Todd was very professional and focused on my issues without trying to over sell. He was also very responsive and easy to reach. Jake and his crew did a fantastic job with the work. They went above and beyond and were extremely friendly as well. Couldn't be happier with the work performed and I'm so excited to not have to run down to the basement with a bunch of towels every time it rains hard. Thanks Jay Sea.

I hired Jay Sea to replace a botched concrete job around my pool. They were extremely professional, and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond not only to fix the previous job, but to clean up and ensure all was taken care of. Highly reccomend.
