The staff were so inviting and they were so kind! I had bought two necklaces from this shop and the process of getting the two pieces of jewellery was super smooth and very easy. The transaction was very simple and straightforward. I didn't have to haggle or negotiate at all considering that the prices in this shop are great and very fair. I highly recommend getting jewellery from this shop!
Worst experience ever. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t even open the door and later told me that appointments are required just to buy silver, which was never made clear beforehand. On top of that, the speaker system at the door was barely working, so it was almost impossible to understand what they were saying from inside. Overall, very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.
