I had a complicated IKEA Billy shelf that becomes a table, and the thought of assembling it myself was grim. Jay graciously squeezed me in on a Tuesday evening, arriving at 6 p.m. after his own long work day. By 7:30, it was perfectly assembled, the space was cleaned up, and he had even helped me carry the massive collection of empty ikea boxes down to the trash.
