We had a great experience with Jay. He was very responsive right from the beginning. He took care of the project with great patience and eye for detail. Would definitely recommend his services.

We had a running toilet fixed by Jay recently. He was prompt and professional from the initial contact. He let me know his ETA and updated when he stopped to purchase a part. He was able to diagnose and fix the toilet. It seemed there might have been an issue with one of the parts (after the initial fix). Jay offered to come the next day to troubleshoot.
