I was looking for a craft bbq spot in Abilene. Being from Dallas, we don't know how good we have it. This place scratched that itch. I got the 2 meat plate and I like that i received a cut from both the point and flat. The may was very tender. If I had to critique one thing I'd that it was a bit underseasoned for my personal liking. New Mexico sausage was excellent. The potato salad was good, not great. Mac was good. In and out super-fast, BBQ brisket sandwich was perfect for lunch, and those beans are amazing. Thank Y'all
In town visiting relatives. Cousin brought a sampler by before we left and I can say I'll definitely slide by next time I'm in town! Fatty end of brisket & burnt ends !! The turkey was great even though I'm not a big fan of smoked turkey as more often than not it's dry but this was very moist and the smoke wasn't overwhelming!
I like it ,I love it and definitely wants some more of it.
