I do not recommend using this law firm. Prior to being retained, the attorney spoke confidently in how he would be able to help with my loved ones case. Since being hired, I spoke with Jay Rooth only a couple times after calling the office and requesting a call back. But somehow when a payment was due, staff from the office would repeatedly call and send emails. I am highly disappointed and considering retaining another attorney.
