I live in Santa Cruz and come to Covina about once a month to visit my mom. I was dealing with some lower back issues, so as a first time, non-returning patient, I called on a Saturday morning just a few minutes after opening, and they were incredibly accommodating, fitting me in right away. Thanks again, Dr. Jay. This was my first visit to your office, and everyone was so welcoming and kind. I feel well adjusted after today and am already looking forward to my next appointment.
I had a compression fracture make years ago and have been dealing with back pain ever since. After one visit my pain was gone. I couldn't believe it since I had tried physical therapy and exercise for years with limited results.
Dr. Jay provided me with excellent service and advice! He helped me sleep better by adjusting me and suggesting what type of pillow to use and not use. Also gave me CBD ointment balm on my neck afterwards. Also is a family person and his wife, Pam, has excellent customer service too!
