Drivers need to learn to drive. Here in Del Valle I was cut off by a Driver Tag PRR-8824 I believe (at least know the numbers are correct) driving a red F series super duty truck. He got to a same light as me on the left side then cut me off just to make the same right turn I was making very professional.
