Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a physician. When I communicated my symptoms to him he told me he believed I was just reading them offline because I had no reason to be feeling the way I was describing even though my TSH levels were less than 0.01. If you don’t do everything he says without question he will be incredibly disrespectful and have zero care about your health. I will forever warn people from going to this man.

Wish I could give 0 stars for this office, but 1 is the lowest. Had an appointment with this office, and due to circumstances (sickness, and needing to take wife to see her surgeon after a neck fusion), I ended up needing to reschedule twice. On the second time, the receptionist told me that I could not reschedule the appointment and had to keep it, to which I told her I would not be there. I would never recommend Dr. Jay Rajni Patel to anyone that I care about. His bedside manner was horrible! I told him that I didn't like his tone. He said, "I'm sorry that you misinterpreted what I said. My hands are tied" He had a smile on his face when he made the insincere apology. He was a preceptor and didn't allow the resident to ask me any questions. He needs a remedial customer service couse!

From the moment the DR walked in was awkward. I didn't feel like he actually listened to me. At the end he said, "Oh let me do a quick exam". He ordered some tests, but weeks have gone by and I haven't even received a message on my chart from him. He also ordered tests that would require him knowing the date my last period started (to accurately read results) and he never asked for that information. I am a new patient, new to the area, never been in Hilliard since I moved to ohio. I live in Lancaster so imagine an almost 1 hour drive. I arrived less than 5 mins late to Dr. Patel’s office, the receptionist sternly said that I couldn’t be seen because I was late 5 mins.
