Jay and his team showed Great professionalism, amazing costumer service, great work; let me know exactly what was wrong with the car as well as made sure to show me everything so I understood where the issue was and what needs fixing, will be coming back again.
I had an amazing experience with Jay R Automotive! My brakes were screeching badly, and I needed them changed before a family trip. I called several places, but no one could fit me in. Jay R Automotive took my car right away, changed my brakes, and had it back to me the same day! The customer service was top-notch, and the shop is in a great location. Highly recommend these guys – they know what they’re doing and really take care of their customers. I’ll definitely be back!
