The best customer service out of All State farms in Fairmont I would have to call this State farm because my State farm I had at the time would not answer
I have been with State Farm for 45 years. When our agent retired, Jay Puccio became our agent. He has always went above and beyond whenever we needed help with our policies and claims. His marketing associate, Marlena Phillips is outstanding, friendly, and very efficient. Just purchased a new vehicle and she had certificates and binder emailed to me quickly.
