I’ve been with State Farm for several years now, specifically Jay Pucci’s office, and I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Angelica. She has truly been a blessing throughout my entire experience. Angelica is consistently patient, takes the time to walk me through every process, and always makes me feel valued as an individual rather than just another client. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about her.
Getting set up with new policies was extremely easy thanks to Marlena - She was extremely warm and welcoming over the phone. Of all of the people I spoke to this week she was certainly the sweetest. She showed a lot of concern for making sure that we were getting equivalent coverage with transparent pricing. Everything was explained well.
