unfriendly, unhelpful doctor who uses shady tactics to over-charge patients. highly recommend going to a different clinic / provider. cold behavior, and disregarded any attempts to help resolve billing issues. for those considering going to this clinic, this is your warning: you WILL get surprise bills. be wary and careful.
Frustrating practices that cost the patient - avoid especially if you're a new patient. Unlike every doctor I’ve encountered, who pride themselves in caring for the patient and working with them to get as many costs covered by insurance as possible, this was not my experience. The purpose of my visit, as discussed when scheduling, wasn’t correctly reflected in the appointment or billing, leading to significant out of pocket cost.
