My son, who is 2.5hrs away, ended up with something smoking in his car today. I read the reviews for Jay O's and sent him straight there. They don't work on hybrids, fully understandable, but Jay took the time to find him another shop and was so kind. Please go to Jay O's for all of your repair needs!!
Guys lazy
Called Jay-O’s at 11:15am, told him I was parked in the McDonald’s parking lot, and when I went to go from reverse to drive my shifter was loose figured it was the linkage. Asked if he can come take a look on site as I’m headed to a wedding job rehearsal 2ish hours away, he came over instantly. Temporarily fixed it so I could drive up to his shop so he could put a permanent fix on and I could be on my way. Made some calls, did some fixing and I Was on the road by 12 PM! Really appreciate him and the service!
My car was shaking he charged $100 to tell me I needed new tires.
