I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I called ahead to let them know I would be about five minutes late, and I was told I had a 15-minute grace period to arrive. My toddler’s hearing test was completed on time, but after that I waited nearly two hours to see the doctor. During that time, I watched new patients who had arrived on time being prioritized while I continued to wait. I’m very grateful to Jay Dolitsky for helping my daughter. She had constant ear infections and couldn’t breathe through her nose for almost a year when she was 2. When she turned 3, Dr. Dolitsky recommended ear tubes and adenoid surgery. It was the best decision we could have made. I recently took my child to see Dr. Dolitsky and was truly impressed! The entire staff was wonderful. Evana at the front desk was so kind and professional. She welcomed us warmly and helped me with all the paperwork. Dr. Dolitsky was amazing with my son, a true professional who made him feel very comfortable during the procedure. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend!
No words, I’m full of so much emotion to the dr, jay he is a real mentch he listened to every one of my concerns, and is very child friendly. Then he explained every detail and gave me all the time to ask questions and make sure I understand. And the staff and nurses were very friendly and supportive in making appointments and taking care of us. Ten stars is what this dr deserves!!!!
