We had Jay come out and give us an estimate to do some landscaping in our backyard. He started out being really responsive when it came to setting up the appointments to meet. Was Jay the cheapest quote.... no ....but we were willing to pay a little more because of the customer service we THOUGHT we were going to get. Jay is more than a talented designer. I had a modest job in a middle scale neighborhood. He did a beautiful job, and when I asked for some modifications, he agreed, was very receptive to my individual demands and then was out the next day to follow through! I ended up with a brilliant design and could not be happier that I went with Jay Moore Landscaping.
