Rented a storage unit and it was already occupied. I had to wait for them to figure something else out and had to pay extra money for the uhaul I rented. Finally was able to get 2 smaller units( no discount was offered) I go back to get somethings out and there's now need locks on one of units and no one is answering. I do not recommend them at all for anything. Very inconvenient and clearly your things are not safe here
