Some of the worst in the business.. like Merchant set a bunch of kids loose in a sandbox with one shovel.
Incredibly soft workers, yet effective at staring at their phones, considering they religiously take 3 breaks a day EVERYDAY and plan their progress HEAVILY around so.. might make a good last resort tho if no one else available
