Angus/Ian fixed my heating issues that Vermont Gas tagged. They were really responsive and professional. Happy that they could get me in when they could!
I reached out to Jay for a plumbing job and was delighted when they could schedule me in only a few more days. Jay did a great and professional job replacing two exterior no-freeze wall faucets. Both of pair of faucets they first put in,, although new, leaked when shut off. Jay came right back the next day and replaced both with better quality faucets and did not charge a penny for their additional time. Billing issues though. I never got a paperless statement from them and emailed them 2 weeks after the work was done lettin... read more

We have needed a lot of work in our 1870 home. The team at Jay Mechanical have been incredibly thorough in addition to being kind. They have attended to both emergency situations as well as large scale jobs (removing and then reinstalling 11 cast iron radiators, and installing a brand new boiler, as a few examples). I specifically want to mention that we had brand new hardwood floors installed, and Ian and Cain did not get a single scratch on the floors while moving and reinstalling the eleven 200+ pound radiators.
