This was my second time getting piercings here. Got two lobe piercings (in the same ear) and a helix piercing. These pics are from minutes after it was done—it’s healed more now and so not as red. Had an amazing experience again. Jay is simply the best! Super helpful and easy to talk to! (Also has extensive sterilization procedures—which is very reassuring as I’ve gotten an infection from a different piercing studio). I absolutely won’t go anywhere else now! Thank you Jay ❤️
Jay was wonderful with my two girls (6 and 8). He totally made them feel comfortable and explained every step of the way. I would 100% recommend him if you’re thinking if getting your kids’ ears pierced. (Also he did my septum piercing a few years back and was fabulous then too.)
We had such an amazing experience here. My 9 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday, so we decided to come here after reading some positive reviews. Just came from Jay makes holes at his new location 2457 east Main Street in Waterbury. In side Cult Zenith. We got matching Mother Daughter septum piercings. Definitely recommend coming here. Very clean and professional place. This is my second time getting a piercing and I will definitely be coming back for our next. The new location is so beautiful must come and see for yourself!
Wonderful experience. Our 8 year old twins desperately wanted to get their ears pierced. Jay walked us through every step and thoroughly explained the details. He also reviewed his entire sterilization process. Our girls did not even flinch when he pierced their ears one ear at a time. We ran into other piercing studios that would not pierce ears individually and we actually had an appointment canceled as the “tandem” piercer wasn’t available. No nonsense here whatsoever. Very clean and professional. Glad we chose Jay
