We had such an amazing experience here. My 9 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday, so we decided to come here after reading some positive reviews. Jay was absolutely lovely, and created a positive and welcoming environment for my little girl who was understandably a little nervous. Great experience. It was easy to book online and review all the options! The space is very calm and inviting. Jay does a great job of making you feel at ease. I noticed everything was immaculately clean and organized. He spent a lot of time measuring for the new placement to get them as even as possible (thank you!!!!) Just came from Jay makes holes at his new location 2457 east Main Street in Waterbury. In side Cult Zenith. We got matching Mother Daughter septum piercings. Definitely recommend coming here. Very clean and professional place. This is my second time getting a piercing and I will definitely be coming back for our next. The new location is so beautiful must come and see for yourself!
I had a great experience at Jay's, where my two daughters (ages 6 and 2.5) got their ears pierced. The process was seamless from start to finish. Jay was fantastic and made the girls feel so comfortable. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience for them!
Great experience!! I got my second lobe holes done today. Lots of options for jewelry, all great prices. Very clean and professional environment. Most importantly, Jay was awesome to chat and hang with!! I'll be back soon to add a few more holes to my ears.
