Dr. Levine has helped me so much in the past almost year. ( 3 1/2 years stuck in fight of flight, and depression. ) We still have a ways to go, none of it's his fault, all mine. Lol.He really listens without judgements. He tries to push you just slightly out of your comfort zone, and that is what i needed. I have no idea idea where or how i would be feeling without him. Every week I feel a little better.
