Thorough credible very skilled and applies technology to avoid wasting your funds as he properly diagnoses the problem before fixing it. Others I tried wasted thousands of my dollars simply guessing by trial-and-error replacement of parts. Carlos is fantastic. and very fairly priced. A man with personal pride and integrity!
