Jay Jeter (the owner and primary counselor of RiverBend) hurried me off the phone 30 minutes into our 60 minute session, clearly had not read any notes about me, and seemed way more interested in up selling their classes (not covered by any insurance, but you do get a certificate!!) than helping me out.
