I called ahead and asked if they could retest my paintball tank. I was told by the woman on the phone "all paintball age SCUBA style bottles are $44." Cool, I drop the bottle off on a Monday. Go to pick it up today and was told it's $85. Told them I was told otherwise by one of their employees and they just say "sorry for the misinformation." Needless to say, won't be returning. I am moving locations and called to advise Jay L Harman as the Fire Extinguishers are tagged do not remove. I truly hope that the person who answered the phone owns the company and does not need my or anyone else’s business. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars for the interaction I would. I ended up advising that I would no longer use them for the annual service and would make other arrangements.
David M. always making sure we’re in compliance and providing the best customer service! He’s very quiet and respectful and over all polite. Thank you for your service, hope we continue to get him as he is very professional and timely.
