Jay is a caring and compassionate physician. He takes time to review any and all tests, answer any concerns, advise on areas of concern. I am thoroughly pleased with his performance and that of his staff.
Went for Echo-stress test. Test started on time. Nurse who gave test was EXCELLENT! She explained the whole procedure before starting. She was attentive during test and constantly asked how I was feeling. When it was over she asked how I felt and put my mind at ease telling me I handled it well. Doctors office called the next day with results ( which were normal) and asked if I had any questions and if I had any issues to call office before my next visit in 6 months.
Very efficient and did not have to wait for my appointment.
Dr. Kalan is awesome. Highly recommend.
