Mel at Penrith Plaza Jay Jays is so helpful, professional and friendly. She made sure we knew what was on special and she saved us some $$, she also kindly brought me clothes while I was in the change room (I love that!) and she remembered us when we came back a few days later. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mel!
