Mel at Penrith Plaza Jay Jays is so helpful, professional and friendly. She made sure we knew what was on special and she saved us some $$, she also kindly brought me clothes while I was in the change room (I love that!) and she remembered us when we came back a few days later. ava and lily are two of the most beautiful humans i’ve ever met. i loved coming in today and having a little chat, the environment is so friendly and welcoming!! it feels like such a safe space for queer individuals such as myself. the clothes are so comfy and i love all of the band merch 🩷 thank you ava and lily for making my experience so whimsical!!
I came in earlier today with my autistic 3 year old who was having a really tough day, I was trying to shop for a last-minute occasion. I was pretty overwhelmed and just doing my best to keep him safe and calm. Courtney noticed straight away how flustered I was and without a second thought stepped in to help. She took time out of what she was doing to sit on the floor with him, made him feel comfortable, and even spoiled him with some animal stickers.
