Went to JJ's for the second time in a few days. The assistant both times did not ask if we would like assistance. There was only 1 other person in the store. As the jeans we required were to high to reach and we were not offered assistance I used a pole to grab the jeans we wanted. Suddenly the assistant appeared, berated me for helping myself and was very rude! Store needs to do some customer service training for staff! We won't ever return.
As I’m in a Weelchair at the moment I went in to try on some shirts and there was 1 changing room bigger then the others so I was assuming it was for wheelchairs as I went it the door was not shutting it was very hard to get it shut

The best customer service from “Levi”. I had a bad experience with another shop and come in and tried a couple pairs of jeans on and he was telling me what suited me better and everything. Made my day 10 times better!!
Went in to get jeans for an interview, the sales associate Jo was so kind and helpful all 5 stars are for her. Absolutely amazing thank you!
