Went here on Thursday with my boyfriend to grab some new clothes, and the lady who served us was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, helpful. Customer service like hers is hard to come by these days. Definitely keep her around

I visited Jay Jays yesterday morning with my mum, who is terminally ill. It’s not often she’s able to leave the house, so it meant a lot to be out together. Brad looked after us, and he truly made her day. He was warm, engaging, and had her laughing—something I don’t get to see often. His kindness and genuine care turned a simple visit into a really special moment for us both. It’s so refreshing to see someone who truly cares working in retail. Thank you.

Went to JJ's for the second time in a few days. The assistant both times did not ask if we would like assistance. There was only 1 other person in the store. As the jeans we required were to high to reach and we were not offered assistance I used a pole to grab the jeans we wanted. Suddenly the assistant appeared, berated me for helping myself and was very rude! Store needs to do some customer service training for staff! We won't ever return.
