I just thought I’d leave a review to shout out Renee at Jay Jays in Joondalup for providing the best customer service I’ve had in forever. Even though it was closing time, Renee was so sweet and helpful, really going above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable. She was so sweet and made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. It’s rare to come across such thoughtful service, and I couldn’t leave without saying thank you. Renee truly made my night—she’s a real asset to the store!
11 July 2024 - two girls were on, very friendly and sweet. Handled aggressive customers really well. Best experience ever coming from a first time shopper of the store. Will come back 🫶

Walked into jayjays to browse and was greeted my Jesse who was so friendly, I mentioned that I didn't know what colour suits me and Jesse jumped at the opportunity to help find colours that suit my eye colour and i ended up buying 2 shirts.
