The lovely sales assistant (Kat) made my 12 year daughter & my day this morning. She went beyond to help my daughter to find clothes that suit her, as Kat had seen my daughter getting upset before hand ( clothes not fitting or suiting) My daughter left there so happy & confident Thank you! Kat was very understanding, caring & helpful , Jays Jays is very lucky to have her working for them.
Just visited the newly refurbished store and the first thing I noticed was the new lights that brighten the store up the new counter that sits lower. But before all that Lauren the manager greeted me with a smile and was so friendly and welcoming I instantly felt like a friend more than a customer Lauren was kind helpful and polite. Thank you Lauren for such amazing customer service! You are an asset to the company and I will definitely be back.
