Walked in with only $30 left, I thought to myself “I won’t get anything, I’ll just browse”. As I walked in I instantly felt a friendly atmosphere. I was timely greeted by the Sales Assistant Sam, they made me feel very welcome. The whole team was rocking JayJays merch with a welcoming, friendly smile. From the back of the store, there was an array of Pop culture merch set out with beautiful Visual Merchandising techniques! I wish I could give this store half a star. The lady with the short blue hair. I think her name tag said Ash. She was so incredibly rude to me and dismissed me when i asked for help as if i was beneath her. This kind of service is unacceptable and as a customer it’s a staffs job to politely say hello and ask if I need help instead of dismissing me and rolling eyes when I ask for help. I hope you will take this matter seriously and take the necessary actions to prevent this from happening in the future. Not happy.
