Came in to do an exchange for an online order per receipt instructions. Sam made the experience super helpful and went the extra mile to find the items I needed to exchange for! Super friendly, up for a chat despite being busy, and made me feel welcome while juggling multiple customers and admin. 10/10 service, thank you Sam and the team at JayJays! 🙌

Gave this store the benefit of the doubt and I regret I did. The last 5 or so times I have been in this store I have been ignored and then when ask for assistance (WHICH IS THEIR JOB!) I was met with rude and unhelpful service like they just want to kick you out of the store. From private discussions being yelled throughout the store or just one worker completely ignoring you. Both are available here. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
