I came in today around 1ish. I had been having a really hard last few days and the 2 employees that were on where so amazing they made my day. Words can't describe how amazing they both where one was a male with tattoos an blonde hair and another a female with brown hair. There customer service was so beautiful and made me laugh they turned my sad look around for clothes to such a positive experience. If the manager reads this please tell your staff how amazing they are💓
My mum went in to the store last Saturday the 7th to buy some jeans, she is usually very stressed whilst shopping & picking clothes & the girl that was working was extremely helpful and kind! The jeans are amazing & fit her so well, she feels so confident :) thank you whoever was working on the Saturday x
Was just served by the most amazing sales assistant ever - Alex! From the moment when i walked in with my daughter we were greeted with a very bubbly smile. Alex helped me pick out an outfit for my daughter and he truly knows his "Styles" with what works and what doesn't. Wasn't pushy like most shops and didnt try and sell me the expensive clothing. So thank you again Alex! Jay jays has a great variety to choose from , Shop was clean and served straight away.
Purchased an item from this store and the staff member (Alex) was so helpful. How good to have such a nice person serve you, when you walk in the store!
Staff was very accommodating and sales everywhere. Air conditioned beautifully. Definitely coming again. Very clean and happy to be welcomed by such a nice smiling face! Thankyou! 10:37am
