The lady there is so rude and unprofessional. I think no one would like to purchase from the shop as long as she is there
VERY VERY RUDE STAFF..Today Wednesday on 11of Dec 2024, I went to jay jays bankstown with my husband. I selected some dresses and wanted to try, and wanted to show my husband how it will look. The shop worker stopped my husband very rudely and said only one person allowed at a time in changing room...like what is this? He is my husband and what if he comes with me in changing room..really disappointed

Honourable mentions to Joanne who served me a few weeks ago before i headed off to Lebanon ! I was after a standard pair of blue shorts . As no store had them in stock ; Joanne suggested an alternate which was ideal . I ended up leaving the store with four pairs of shorts and would keep coming back for more ! Her friendly and welcoming aura made shopping here a breeze and can vouch highly For my experience . 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
