My daughter and I were served by a lovely young lady named Mikaela this afternoon. She greated us and offered her assistance, asked all the right questions and knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us find it. We'd been to many other stores in Albany today where not one person asked if we needed help. So it was really nice to be served with such politeness. Thank you!
