Weight loss guarenteed – I went to Dr. Garcia to shed a few pounds before I got married. I lost a total of 25 pounds in 6 weeks. I really tried to stick to the diet, however, I did cheat more than a couple times. I felt like I actually had energy to work out as well. The staff was also very pleasant. However, the South Tampa office is ALWAYS crowded and I often had to sit in the waiting room well past my appointment time:(
