This company is the real deal. They are professional, kind, timely and super reasonable. They won't try to sell you services you don't need. I recommend them to the fullest
Jay Ice and his crew really do a good job on drain tile system. Also added columns in basement off of joists in basement. They were the most practical/reasonable contractors we met out of the 5 other bids we got! Highly recommend!
Jay Ice reshored my entire basement, put an egress window in, and replaced all my basement windows with block windows. There were some unforeseen challenges along the way, but they knocked them out and did not charge any extras. The did quick and quality work and at an unbeatable price. I plan to use them again in the future for more work I have coming up.
In April Jay Ice installed interior support beams in basement, new glass block windows, and some grading. All work well done, very efficient. Jay recommended what he thought needed to be done, but didn't inflate the scope of work needed which I felt some other companies did for the issues in my basement. He checked all work and sent a crew member back for some touchups. Highly recommend.
Jay and his crew did an amazing job. I highly recommend them, they'll tell you how it is and will not sell you other things that you do not need. Their pricing on foundation work were more reasonably priced than the 4 other companies I quoted with in the area. Thank you Jay and Jackie for the amazing work and explanations!
