Poor little Dr. Swanson suffers from a terrible case of Napoleon Syndrome. Questions and concerns are addressed with an angry tirade as he gets very defensive, always standing behind and over you, never face to face. There was no introduction, minimal information and then a second outburst after my procedure. This guy must go home at night and kick his dog. Run don't walk away from this practice. I"ve depended on Jay Swanson for many years now, for tooth extractions and dental implants. Extractions have always been quick and end with a suture so there is very little bleeding. My most recent experience was a sinus lift and three implants. I have anxiety and my BP sky rockets .I was very nervous about pain during extraction.i waited a little over a month to get in .the assistant june was very nice ,she explained things thru with me .she had me hold her hand through the pain .they numbed my gums .gave me the first round of shots .the ones on the roof of my mouth hurt a little bit .the second round not as bad.i was completely numb felt like a baseball tongue .I had seen some negative reviews online but my experience was as positive as it could possibly be for a ... read more

I was in an auto accident on a Friday afternoon. I had a lot of facial/oral trauma. Dr.Swanson worked me into his schedule on that Monday. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He showed me a lot of kindness and compassion. I spent the entire weekend unable to eat or drink. When I got there he discovered I had a fracture.
