I have received medical equipment from Jay Home on two separate occasions. Their service has been outstanding. They are very professional and answered any questions I had at delivery and any follow up calls made to their office.
This business has changed ownership since the previous reviews were written. I find them to be courteous,responsive and on time for delivery appointments. Telephone calls are promptly answered. I have been a client of theirs for over 5 years and the customer service has completely changed since the new owners have taken over. Would recommend them to anyone.

Save yourself the headache they are rude and don't service the clients with respect! Ordered a Hoyer lift it was delivered 7 wks after the nursing had ended .with a run around just to get it! When you call them they don't return your calls and saying they do not know you or what your order !
they have poor customer service if u have a problem and u call them one lady gets rude
Terrible customer service, Unfortunately when you are sick you do not have control, as the consumer, to shop around for these particular services.
