I just had a session with Jay about two weeks ago. Jay helped me feel lighter and more at peace—no medicines or talking through things forever. Jay just uses energy, frequency, and good vibes. Very relaxing Felt the blocked Chakras move up my body and release through my head at the crown. Being 7 months pregnant the baby enjoyed every bit of his Chakras being tuned in too 🥰
