Really great experience! I walked in with crazy anxiety and felt so heavy overall in my body and mind. I had been struggling for a while. My chest had been heavy for months and I was consistency very aware of it- just felt like a weight sitting on it. Jay sat with me for a little bit just getting to know me, asking me some questions and light conversation.
