My experience was overwhelmingly wonderful. I got out of the session feeling calm, aligned and very clear minded. He is very professional and down to earth. He listens and answers any and every questions kindly. The environment is very clean and peaceful..I felt soo relaxed and calm as I got to my session.. Jay is a literal angel, an absolute shining light! I was feeling stagnant and stuck, doing therapy, but still feeling overwhelmed with life stressors, After our session I left feeling light and energized, ready to take on the day again. It’s hard to put into words, but even now that some time has passed, it feels like a runner’s high meets the best meditation meets the most relaxing spa day. I cannot say thank you enough.
