Friday I drove 4hrs to the dealership, agreed to OTD numbers, let them run my credit, and sent them all the documents ahead of time to have the paperwork ready to go. After I test drove the truck I was going to purchase they hit me with a lower number for my trade than agreed upon. They were well aware it needed front tires before I drove there. My daughter has bought several cars from Mayse and we have always had a great experience. Recently I decided to buy from Mayse and purchased a new car. I had an excellent experience at first. The car had hail damage from a recent storm. I was told during the purchase process that it would be fixed. Fixed! not partially fixed or it may not be 100%, but fixed! I schedule an appt for a diagnostic on my truck that I bought from Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon. I have the most unprofessional service advisor, complete idiot & a liar. Wasted 2 hours of driving & gas to be told there is nothing wrong & the noise the power steering is making is normal. Normal is no noise as it was when I purchased the truck. Be very cautious and get a second opinion before authorizing repairs here. We brought our van in on 3/26/26 because the window was not working and the van was making a noise. The dealership charged us $3,542.20 for repairs. According to the technician, they repaired the motor mounts, transmission mounts, and the window.
