I took my 2017 2500 Silverado in due to a check trailer brake message on the dash. I was told to bring it in as early on Friday as possible. I dropped it off at 8:30. I was told there was a $200 diagnostic fee that would go towards the first hour but possibly could cover the repair. I was called around 4:15 and told they were not able to get to my truck and that I could pick it up.I told them I wasn't going back into town and that I would leave it. I had reschedule my appointment a couple of times and the dealership was was very accommodating. The day of the appointment went were smoothly and speedy. Progress was reported by text which I found very helpful. Courteous and knowledgeable service was provided.
