Our son had past away and our grandson was interested in buying the house. Jay was patient with us and even offered to help our grandson who eventually was not able to get financing. Jay made recommendations on how to present the property best and worked with us through the whole process. We had over 60 viewings scheduled in just 5 days and had multiple offers because of Jay's recommendation on where to set the price. Jay is amazing to work with. We had to do 95% of it remotely as I was moving from out of state. Jay took my feedback and set up to do FaceTime walkthroughs until I found the perfect house for my kids and I. He helped me avoid a few properties that weren’t up to my standards and ensured that I considered what additional costs there might be associated with several properties (replacing windows, roofs, untreated decks). Just a wonderful experience all around.
