He hasn't helped my mother at all and gives her excuses as to why he can't do anything and also keeps telling her to wait. She keeps getting worse but yet he still does nothing and he doesn't deserve the amount of money she spends just to see him do nothing.
DR has helped my tremendously. Doesn't say much but knows what helps.
