This is a shady group that pedals labor for low cost. There is a core group of people who are fantastic individuals for the most part, however there is a lack in safety and experienced laborers, which is rooted in poor management. They also seem to have an issue with properly compensating temporary employees such a stagehands. They will under-budget a project if it can fatten their pockets, which leaves the laborers and attendees left wondering why they feel unappreciated.
