I called Jay Gauthier in a panic when my water just shut off on Christmas Eve morning '08. My regular plumber was out of town for the holiday and I was out of water. Turned out my well pump had blown. Not only did Jay and his assistant come right out, rescheduling another appt. to do so, and work through the pouring rain, all day, to get my water running again, but he also suggested I contact my insurance company, because he thought the pump had been struck by lightning.
